On the first day of school in the settlement Vrbani were opened new school Alojzije Stepinac and Kindergarten.
Both buildings were built according to the principle of public – private partnerships and with appearance and content they meet strict standards of Zagreb and european standards.
Famous architectural office PROARH headed by Davor Mateković designed both projects and Telektra designed and delivered indoor lighting. The kindergarten was formally opened by the Mayor Milan Bandić.
